Cheryl Gwyneth Ragsdale Nov 2025 MSC

Hello, my name is Cheryl “Gwyneth” Ragsdale.

I’m the creator of the Demon Spotting game, the DramaGuru Revelation series, and the publisher of this blog called Who’s Clocking You? I’ve written one book (so far) entitled Diary of a Demon Spotter. It’s available for purchase on Amazon.com

But what’s most important to know is how I developed the idea of Demon Spotting.

During times of emotional crisis, I needed a way to express my experience of the world. I’m cerebral. So, I sat down with a notepad and a pen, and I made notes.

At age 50, I started taking jiu-jitsu classes. Something about being tangled up, trapped, and trying to remember how to escape helped me see patterns — not just in the fine art of grappling, but also in conversations that felt competitive, disrespectful, and cruel.

I went back through years of notes and sorted the thoughts, behaviors, and actions into clear categories. My mind registered patterns I hadn’t seen before.

After defining the DramaGuru Code Words, I set out to prove their worth — using them to diagnose situations from friends’ lives, plus news reports of people behaving badly.

NOTE: As time went on, I created a new series based on the same patterns. I call it Demon Spotting. Therefore, the code words are referred to as DramaGuru (Academy) code words or Demon Spotting (the game) code words. The code word set is exactly the same.

Over the years, I published nearly 100 cases, proving that my framework unravels situations — revealing hidden angles and the real source of the problem.

So now, this is how I see it. I have cornerman angels ready to assist me when I ask for their help. Because demons are everywhere! They use sneaky tricks to influence me. Nonstop, if I let them.

Guard up! There are ways to defeat the demons without doing damage or causing more harm.

You can read more about that in Diary of a Demon Spotter, available on Amazon.
