Covid-19 may have fallen back for awhile, but the coronavirus has no intention of disappearing. I know people who know people who’ve caught the virus, quarantined, recovered and resumed normal life. But the risk still exists. And not everyone will be so lucky.
It’s hard to take things seriously when everyone around you is healthy and safe. But now is the time to practice social distancing and wear a mask.

“During a briefing Wednesday, [L.A. Mayor Eric] Garcetti shared four major takeaways: ‘One, COVID-19 is still here. Two, COVID-19 is still dangerous. Three, we’re adding more testing to make sure that we can find COVID-19 where it lives. And, four, we must continue to take precautions to keep our city and our people safe.
That’s why wearing a face covering, that’s why practicing physical distancing, washing our hands and, yes, still, as painful as it might feel, staying at home whenever we can is our best defense,’ he said.”

Things you didn’t know about me
Until a vaccine is developed, tested and readily available without causing a panic or people fighting for a place in line, I’m on Team Mask.
Not only that, I wear a seat belt and I don’t like people blowing smoke in my face.
Actually, social distancing comes in handy sometimes.
