Okay, this next part will freak some people out. Other people will get curious and investigate further. I encourage you to keep moving forward.
Once you start working out where the traps are and making changes, your Doomsday Clock will beat at a normal, comfortable pace. Don’t be scared, homie! There’s something new to learn every day.

Interference, Traps and Getting to Neutral
Warnings, rules and advice for how to navigate complications and conversations that make you say, “What the frack?” are part of the game I created to survive and succeed.
I call my game, DramaGuru Revelation or DramaGuru for short.
I have two cornermen looking over my shoulder. You do too.
My DramaGuru Cornermen
DramaGuru is the name of my practical cornerman. The one that doesn’t pull punches. In less than a minute, I get the frame of the fight or dilemma. I can choose my next step using that information or make a move in my own strength.
In general, not listening to my cornerman doesn’t work out well for me. But I keep trying to prove him wrong. And his response is always, “Whatever.”
Agent September is the one who reminds me to slow my breathing. She ensures that I make decisions and take actions from neutral . When I let her, she helps me avoid “situations-normal-all-fracked-up” (snafu).

The game I call Demon Spotting developed over time as I worked through emotional entanglements and confusing break-ups. My misery became code words. Code words became mat drills. Mat drills became winning combinations. And my confusion lifted. Consider this your invitation to play. Clarity is freedom.
