Christmas is a perfect day to let your guard down with friends and family. If you feel safe, call a truce on long-standing arguments. Find some balance within yourself, especially when you find it hard to balance with certain other people around.
Agree to Disagree and Live Longer

June 2020 State of Play
June was a difficult month. Protests for Black Lives Matter took center stage. Police continued to shoot black men, even while protests took place. Covid-19 cases escalated at alarming rates. People remained divided over wearing masks or not.
