Demon Spotting is a spiritual warfare tool built on mixed martial arts (MMA) principles. The game uses 16 code words to identify the behavior patterns — positions and attacks — that keep you stuck in confusion, shame, and disconnection.
None of these patterns are respectful, yet people tolerate them every day.

Once you can name these patterns, their power over you begins to dissolve.
For instance, when respect is missing, we settle for approval instead.
